2001 Toyota Tundra Grinding Noise When Push Brakes

My tundra makes a scrapinggrinding noise only when i turn the wheel to the left.

When braking before it comes to a stop its like there is a grinding noise for a few seconds what can this be. I even had the noise while slowing down for an intersection. The noise appears to be coming from inside the tires.
