While driving at approximately 60 mph the steering wheel seized and the vehicle veered to the right.

Yeah if its the steering stops itll happen at full lock only. Turning at the end of the road was even harder and it felt like I had no power steering. I made tight turns in a parking lot and it only does this when making hard tight circles.

The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic where it was confirmed that the steering rack was corroded. So it should be good. 2019 Toyota Tundra V8-46L.
