Yeah if its the steering stops itll happen at full lock only. Turning at the end of the road was even harder and it felt like I had no power steering. I made tight turns in a parking lot and it only does this when making hard tight circles.
The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic where it was confirmed that the steering rack was corroded. So it should be good. 2019 Toyota Tundra V8-46L.
