2001 Toyota Tundra Tries To Start But Won't

Lights come on in the dash like it should. The engine cranks but will not fire. Ive got 105k miles on the truck and the timing belt was replaced just last spring.

Transmission fluid may have been low - could this be the problem. Replace it and clean the connections. Have put a tester on it but wont connect to link and give any reading at all.
