Todays all of a sudden the left turn signal is acting up. I did changed all the indicator bulbs back then. 2 Aug 7 2007.

A bulb not blinking is causing the fast blink as youve noticed. Had fast blinker on wifes Volvo wagonfront left. This is because a bad bulb alters the resistance in a circuit sending a different current through the blinker.
