Toyota Tundra Interior Lights Not Working

Remove the map light console as shown in this diagram.

It seems like the only things that dont work are all. If you cover this up in the daytime it turns the headlights on and dims the panel lights. Cargo light works daah lights all work.

Any idea what it. The floor light on the passenger side does not come on but driver side does and finally the clock works when I dont have the lights on but as soon as I turn parkingheadlights on the clock which would normally dim at this.
